how to join
To create your profile and join the community:
- Click "Join" in the navigation menu above.
- Fill out the membership application form with your information.
Note that, in this first wave of our launch, your profile information is only visible to MS, I'mpossible administrators! As we continue to roll-out new features on this portal, you will be able to decide which (if any) sections of your profile you'd like your fellow YAMS to see so you can further connect with one another.

HOW THIS WORKS
With your new login, you will have access to the following pages:
- Upcoming Events: explore our upcoming virtual (Mission I'mpossible) and in-person (We're Possible Retreat) event information and RSVP so we know you're coming!
- Discussion Forums: ask questions, share experiences, talk about your DMTs...or just say hello!
- Meet a Mentor: looking for someone who's 'been there'? Visit this page to match with a fellow young adult with MS for one-on-one guidance and support.

Community SupportWith connection at the core of everything we do, we have several programs that bring together our nation-wide community of young adults with MS.
| Financial AidNow more than ever, there are many different therapeutic approaches that help those living with MS - but they can come with a cost. Here at MS, I’mpossible, we can help cover the cost of these services.
| Additional ResourcesOur peer mentorship program pairs newly diagnosed individuals with other YAMS that have similar passions and backgrounds. We also send care packages to newly diagnosed individuals, which are catered towards the individuals’ pertinent needs.
